Description

You will own the development and support lifecycle for retail notification applications, balancing feature delivery with production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop monitoring solutions and implement fixes for internally developed code.
• Troubleshoot and debug production software application issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform SQL queries and improve systems used to gather feature metrics.
• Automate support processes and document system architectures for clarity.
• Collaborate on corporate and divisional software projects to enhance current software.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of industry experience as a Software Development Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Ability to perform complex SQL queries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mason, Perl, Oracle SQL, or UNIX/LINUX.
• MGML knowledge.
