Description

Develop automated testing solutions and CI/CD pipelines for complex cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Jenkins or Bamboo pipelines and automated jobs.
• Automate REST API calls using Selenium and HTTP libraries.
• Transition test scripting knowledge from external suppliers to internal frameworks.
• Implement BDD and TDD testing solutions using Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Test distributed systems involving Apache Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Experience with Selenium, jUnit, and Cucumber.
• Hands-on work with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience testing REST APIs and using SOAPUI or SOAPUI Service Virtualization.
• Knowledge of GIT for source control and JIRA for bug tracking.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB.
• Experience with Hadoop, Tibco, Apache Spark, or Apache Kafka.
• Background in testing Informatica, Axway API Gateway, or using Quality Center 12.55.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within Financial Services.
• Experience with Eclipse or CA Dev/Test.
