Description

You will design and implement scalable, maintainable software features within a full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex software features to ensure scalable and effective technical solutions.
• Translate requirements from solution managers and designers into detailed technical specifications.
• Analyze technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high standards in code quality.
• Execute rigorous testing processes including unit, integration, and automated testing.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in software development and system design.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, .NET, or Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with Git version control and agile/scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing tests using JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to utilize GenAI tools and basic prompt engineering for AI-assisted development.
• B.Tech degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to containerization with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
