Description

You will design and build scalable systems using Java and AWS cloud-native technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect new and existing systems using established design patterns for reliability and scaling.
• Develop and manage Java-based SDKs and RESTful web services.
• Build and maintain APIs using JSON and AWS API Gateway.
• Own the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in system design and architecture.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with AWS cloud-native development and tooling.
• Experience with API design, JSON, and RESTful web services.
• Experience managing Java-based SDKs.
• Knowledge of MVC frameworks.
• Experience with AWS API Gateway.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must be a US Citizen or US Person.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience integrating financial applications or accounting solutions like Oracle.
• 3+ years of experience in testing and operations.
