Description

You will design, build, and maintain components for Kuiper's Customer eCommerce Services, partnering with Satellite, Networks, and Security teams to deliver critical internet service provisioning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement communications components, services, and data models for e-Commerce platforms on AWS.
• Develop code, build CI/CD pipelines, and create test automation and monitoring dashboards for system health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to gather requirements, design, deploy, and operate scalable software.
• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and source control management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in design and architecture (reliability, scaling).
• Strong proficiency in Java programming, including MVC Framework and managing Java-based SDKs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud native skills, AWS tooling, and AWS API Gateway.
• Proven ability to design and build Restful webservices and APIs using JSON.
• Experience with GraphQL for API creation and data querying.
• Familiarity with full software development life cycle, including build processes, testing, and operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating financial application and accounting solutions (e.g., Oracle).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
