Lead the design and architecture of complex distributed systems while mentoring the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale distributed systems using established design patterns.
• Own system reliability and scaling strategies for distributed architectures.
• Mentor engineers and serve as the technical lead for the team.
• Develop high-quality code using Java and JavaScript.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional programming experience with Java.
• 6+ years of experience with Distributed Systems Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience (excluding internships).
• 5+ years of experience leading system design, architecture, and scaling.
• 2-4 years of experience working with JavaScript.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience in a mentor, tech lead, or engineering leadership role.
• Degree in any field.
