Good to Have Skills: Experience with data platforms like Databricks, Data Lake, ETL pipelines. Exposure to Salesforce or enterprise applications. Reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau. Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, Azure DevOps, and Postman for API validation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing across applications to ensure quality standards
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements
• Validate UI, APIs, and backend workflows for business-critical systems to ensure functionality
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA throughout the testing lifecycle
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and release validation cycles to ensure application readiness
• Ensure compliance with SDLC/STLC and Agile practices throughout the development process
• Perform data validation between source systems and target platforms to ensure data integrity
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate datasets on SQL workbench for accuracy
• Analyze data trends, discrepancies, and anomalies to identify potential issues
• Support data reconciliation and integrity checks to maintain data quality standards
• Generate dashboards and reports for stakeholders to provide insights and status updates
• Collaborate with SMEs to derive business insights from data analysis and validation results
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure alignment
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives regularly
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and validation rules for comprehensive coverage
• Communicate testing results, risks, and data findings clearly to all stakeholders
• Ensure end-to-end validation of application and data accuracy throughout the testing process
• Identify gaps in requirements, test coverage, or data quality and recommend improvements

Experience Required: 5-9 years of experience in Manual Testing and Data Analysis with strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
