Software Development

You will develop products, tools, and automation to support planning and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop data management and analysis solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Build user interfaces, including specification, workflow mapping, and UX support.
• Author code to automate processes and workflows.
• Design and implement data management solutions with technical and domain experts.
• Document workflows and create standardized process documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++.
• Experience authoring code for process automation using Python libraries.
• Knowledge of git fundamentals, including local vs remote and push/pull workflows.
• Understanding of engineering standards and software development best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting solutions.
• Eligibility to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Skills

• Digital aptitude for data and automation software such as PowerBI or Power Automate.
• Database exposure, including querying or development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
