You will lead the design, development, and configuration of Python-based software systems to deliver end-to-end solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and customization of software solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure software quality through regular code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Python web frameworks including Django or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Practical knowledge of NLP and ML packages, including Word Embedding, Feature Engineering, and Text Similarity.
• Experience with Text Classification, Clustering, Sentiment Analysis, Search Indexing, and Fuzzy Matching.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git or SVN.
