You will lead technical development and coordinate workflows between clients and offshore teams in Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all development activities, including code reviews and managing code pushes.
• Make key technical decisions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the offshore team.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and coordinate development workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline development cycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in .NET.
• Expertise in jQuery.
• Expertise in Azure.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive communication skills.

• Experience transitioning projects from vendors.
