Description

Lead Guidewire Policy Center development, mentoring a small offshore team while remaining hands-on with code and architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and integration for Guidewire Policy Center, including configuration and custom enhancements.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using the App Events framework, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
• Troubleshoot and fix broken Apache Camel routes within the Guidewire Cloud Integration Gateway (IG).
• Mentor and guide a small offshore development team while maintaining active code and entity generation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Guidewire Policy Center Development experience, including active code/entity generation.
• Current Guidewire Cloud experience (Niseko, Oulu, or Las Leñas).
• 5+ years of Guidewire Integration Development and Advanced Product Designer (APD) experience.
• Strong Java development skills with experience in API development and custom integrations.
• Strong Apache Camel knowledge, specifically for troubleshooting Integration Gateway routes.
• Minimum 2+ years of Technical Lead experience.
• Active Guidewire Certification (verified via education.guidewire.com); Specialist Certification alone is not acceptable.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire ACE Certification (Policy Center or Integration).
• AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with Technical Architecture and solution design.
