You manage the technical direction and delivery of AI-focused development teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and professional growth.
• Design and implement UI and backend solutions, contributing code when necessary.
• Define product strategy and technical direction in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Own the team roadmap and manage the full project lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building scalable, web-based solutions.
• Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Strong proficiency with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Skilled in modern UI frameworks like React or Angular, alongside TypeScript and Node.js.
• 3+ years of managerial experience leading and coaching engineering teams.
• Solid foundation in data engineering or MLOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and using AI-powered tools in the SDLC.
