What's the Job?

• Lead and mentor software development teams developing full-stack and cloud-native solutions across core applications, platforms, and AI/ML services.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and rapid delivery while maintaining a strong technical foundation.
• Partner with product, data, and infrastructure leaders to identify opportunities where intelligent automation and data-driven insights can enhance business value.
• Define and drive DevOps and platform engineering best practices — from CI/CD automation to observability and cloud optimization.
• Ensure engineering quality through design reviews, performance metrics, and continuous feedback loops.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.
• Proven success in building and scaling engineering teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP), platform engineering, and DevOps toolchains.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.
