Description

Lead and mentor software development teams building full-stack, cloud-native, and AI/ML solutions. Define platform engineering and DevOps best practices, from CI/CD automation to observability and cloud optimization. Partner with product and infrastructure leaders to drive intelligent automation and data-driven insights. Ensure engineering quality through design reviews, performance metrics, and continuous feedback loops.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams developing full-stack and cloud-native applications.
• Define and drive DevOps and platform engineering best practices across the organization.
• Partner with product, data, and infrastructure leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure engineering quality through design reviews, performance metrics, and feedback loops.
• Scale engineering teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with platform engineering and DevOps toolchains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions or data-intensive systems.
