Description

You will lead a global engineering team, owning the full agile development lifecycle from technical design and scope negotiation through implementation, testing, and release, while remaining hands-on with technical details.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members by setting assignments and creating growth opportunities.
• Execute reliable release plans in collaboration with the Functional Product Manager.
• Manage the agile lifecycle including initial scope negotiation, technical design, implementation, and QA.
• Delegate tasks to technical leads and scrum testing teams while contributing to technical work when necessary.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between development, QA, and documentation groups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and managing or coaching engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in C++, OOP, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in technical design, UML, and multithreading.
• Deep knowledge of project management and agile software development processes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members, senior managers, and product managers.
• Ability to manage international teams and travel to different geographical locations as required.

Preferred Skills

• Master or PhD in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
