Description

Lead enterprise application development and manage blended full-time and contract teams across the full SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise software development across multiple teams, managing the full SDLC from inception to deployment.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by guiding architecture and data centralization.
• Oversee project execution, vendor coordination, and management of budgets and timelines.
• Manage ETL and data-centralization processes for reporting consumption.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through regular code reviews and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• 10 years of experience with the Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 10 years of professional experience in verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
• 5+ years of experience managing development teams, including both full-time and contract resources.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).
• 5+ years of experience estimating work with accurate timelines and resource requirements.
• 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Jenkins, Bitbucket).
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing enterprise development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Government or Education enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency with Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly.
• Experience with Power BI.
