Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a high-performing team of 7-10 engineers within Transport Financial System delivering long-term technical solutions.
• Own roadmap execution for your technical area in close collaboration with Product Management and customers.
• Drive innovation and next-generation solution vision for your area in collaboration with Senior SDEs and Principal Engineers.
• Manage growth of SDEs reporting to you through structured performance management and career growth planning.
• Own complex systems that manage financial accounting for approximately $100B annual spend and enable regulatory compliance goals.
• Build highly scalable systems that can handle billions of transactions from carrier manifests and invoices.
• Drive accounting systems architectural evolution while influencing tech decisions across multiple organizations.
• Own partner relationships with stakeholders and business partners to influence roadmap and deliver according to agreed plans.
• Work closely with principal product managers and business leaders in prioritizing work and ensuring timely quality delivery.
• Ensure open issues and critical topics are surfaced in appropriate forums to safeguard team roadmap delivery
