Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as Software Development Manager.
• Experience leading engineering teams and driving technology decisions.
• Strong skills in Software Development and System Design.
• Proficiency in Team Leadership and Architecture Design.
• Experience applying Data Analysis to technical decisions.
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodology.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Web Services.
• Grocery tech domain knowledge.
