Lead a team of 7-10 engineers building scalable financial systems and machine learning solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team, driving performance management and career growth.
• Own roadmap execution for financial systems, collaborating closely with Product Management and customers.
• Architect and build highly scalable systems handling billions of transactions for carrier manifests and invoices.
• Drive innovation in GenAI and machine learning applications within financial accounting and compliance domains.
• Influence technical decisions across multiple organizations and manage partner relationships with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and system architecture.
• Experience with Machine Learning and GenAI technologies.
• Proven track record in product management and performance management.
• Ability to manage complex systems with high-volume transaction processing.
• Experience leading global product teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial accounting, regulatory compliance, and transportation systems.
• Experience with carrier manifest and invoice systems.
