Description

Lead the software development team by managing architecture, solutioning, and the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers while managing all aspects of software solutioning and architecture.
• Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to define requirements and time-sensitive deliverables.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to corporate standards, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze requirements to determine operational feasibility and create functional specifications.
• Develop software solutions personally or through team members, ensuring code is self-documenting and resilient.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with mastery of object-oriented design.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and WebAPI.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proven management experience leading teams and directly managing employees.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), micro-services, and API-centric design.
• Experience with unit testing, continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AngularJS, AngularJS2, KnockoutJS, or ReactJS.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud computing solutions.
