Description

You will lead a team of software developers to build and maintain solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain software system operations and stability.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
• Collaborate across teams to align on technical goals and deliverables.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 4 years of experience in a management role.
• Proficiency with .NET and C#.
• Experience with Azure services.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and web technologies.
• Proven ability to supervise and communicate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
