Software Development Manager

You will lead, coach, and manage a global team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a global team of engineers, focusing on skill development and efficient collaboration.
• Collaborate with Functional Product Managers to create reliable release plans and manage project execution.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from scope negotiation and technical design to implementation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Manage agile processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Delegate tasks to technical leads, senior developers, and scrum testing teams while contributing to development projects when necessary.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and management.
• Proven experience managing and coaching software development teams.
• Deep knowledge of project management and agile software development methodologies.
• Strong technical background in C++, OOP, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Multithreading, UML, and Technical Design.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Quality Assurance processes.
• Excellent 360° communication skills for interacting with team members, senior managers, and product managers.
• Ability to work internationally and travel to various global locations.
