Description

You will lead development initiatives while maintaining hands-on engineering ownership, designing scalable solutions, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality delivery across Java and .NET ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Write, review, and optimize code in C#, .NET, and Java to ensure scalability and performance.
• Conduct secure code reviews, identify risks, and enforce coding standards across the team.
• Mentor developers on best practices, debugging, and performance optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with product goals and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java and .NET.
• Proficiency in C# and object-oriented design, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management and technical guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with Python for scripting or auxiliary development tasks.
• Experience creating technical documentation to support final delivery and knowledge sharing.
