Lead technical teams and manage IT operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in application support, development, systems analysis, and network administration.
• Oversee information systems design, implementation, and management strategies.
• Direct project and change management workflows for system development and testing.
• Develop and manage budgets for IT support and analysis programs.
• Evaluate team performance and lead training initiatives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a manager, supervisor, or project manager in a healthcare IT environment.
• Experience managing application support, programming, systems analysis, or server administration.
• Knowledge of healthcare administration principles and health plan operations.
• Expertise in methods used to develop, test, and implement information systems.
• Proven ability in leadership, personnel supervision, and performance evaluation.
• Experience with budget development and management.

Preferred Skills

• VMware (VCAP) or Cisco (CCNP) certifications.
• Epic certifications or CAHIIMS certification.
