Lead a development team responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of a retail SaaS application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in building and maintaining the Propello retail ERP and Point of Sale application.
• Mentor developers through technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Establish functional requirements and review technical solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Oversee Agile software development methodologies within scrum teams.
• Collaborate with full stack developers and product managers to implement new features.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of applicable professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing employees.
• Hands-on coding experience with Python, JavaScript, or Angular.
• Proven ability to work with global teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of specialized experience in Retail ERP.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics applications such as Domo, Tableau, or similar data integration tools.
