Description

You lead the engineering team building and scaling a SaaS platform, owning the full software development lifecycle from design to release.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage a software engineering team using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality features.
• Architect and maintain scalable microservices using Java on AWS or Azure.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Design and manage messaging systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS/SNS.
• Ensure application security through OAuth2 and JWT standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in team leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Microservices architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Proficiency in API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Exposure to AI/LLM technologies.
