Description

Lead the Netcracker Development team as Technical Manager, owning complex projects from conception to delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects through the entire development lifecycle.
• Develop tools and enforce processes to ensure code quality and improve productivity.
• Own escalations as the technical point of contact for Netcracker management.
• Align roadmap discussions with customer needs to ensure solution performance and scalability.
• Participate in code and design reviews, providing technical design input.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software development.
• Coding experience in Java, JavaScript, C, or C++.
• Proven experience managing development teams.
• Proficiency with Agile and interactive development processes.
• Familiarity with SOA and TDD principles.
• Strong command of source code management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Experience with UML and Design Reviews.
