Description

You will lead a development team in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for a pharmacy management platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage software developers through code reviews and coding standards.
• Oversee daily operations, including project assignments, resource planning, and task prioritization.
• Guide architectural decisions and technical innovation to maintain platform health.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and timelines.
• Manage project delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as React or Blazor.
• Proficiency with Git version control and development workflows.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure or AWS.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
