Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers through coaching and career planning.
• Guide system design and architectural decisions, ensuring coding and security best practices.
• Own delivery timelines, scope, and quality for all team projects.
• Translate product requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Improve engineering processes and promote agile best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of system design & architecture and SDLC.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of modern development stacks and cloud platforms.
• Technical leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with risk management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple teams or large-scale systems.
• Background in agile environments.
