Description

Lead a global team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions through effective coaching and technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor engineers to facilitate skill development and efficient collaboration.
• Create reliable release plans in close collaboration with Functional Product Managers.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from scope negotiation and technical design to implementation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Oversee agile processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between development, QA, and documentation teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and management.
• Proven experience managing and coaching software development teams.
• Strong technical background in C++.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with Multithreading and Technical Design.
• Knowledge of UML.
• Expertise in agile software development and project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support a geographically distributed team.

Preferred Skills

• Master or PhD in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
