Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives within a structured PMO framework, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk are actively managed.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation through closure, adapting Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches as needed.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and WBS documents.
• Manage scope, change requests, dependencies, risks, and issues using RAID frameworks.
• Produce accurate weekly status reports and executive-level communications that reflect the full project story.
• Ensure requirements are documented, traceable, validated, and aligned with business partners.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management or IT delivery experience, with 5+ years leading software application development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and iterative hybrid delivery models.
• Advanced schedule development and critical path management capabilities.
• Budget ownership, forecasting, and variance management expertise.
• Experience leading vendor RFPs, selection, and implementation.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA experience.
