Description

You will lead testing and validation for proprietary software and database applications within an eCommerce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks, test processes, and validation strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to reduce manual effort.
• Perform code reviews of automation scripts and diagnose bugs in production code.
• Drive test-driven development (TDD) practices and implement user acceptance test plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation gaps and improve software testability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development or related fields.
• Hands-on application development using Perl, Elixir, and JavaScript.
• Automated testing of web applications and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in BDD, TDD, and API testing methodologies.
• Experience with Selenium, Ranorex, DataDog, Sentry, SumoLogic, or Cucumber.
• Knowledge of Drupal and React environments.
• Ability to write queries against relational databases, specifically Oracle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile app testing on iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
