Description

You will own the testing and validation lifecycle for proprietary software and database applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks, test processes, and validation strategies to ensure software meets defined requirements.
• Develop, read, and parse test code and scripts to enable repeatable and automated testing of software functionality.
• Perform code reviews of automation scripts and diagnose bugs within production code.
• Identify test automation gaps and provide input on the testability of software features and designs.
• Drive test-driven development practices and execute user acceptance test plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Perl.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Ability to analyze code and data to identify causes of errors.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elixir, Drupal, or React environments.
