You will drive technical solutions and support the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional analysis and design teams to identify and implement technical solutions.
• Direct development activities by contributing to architectural and technological decision-making.
• Mentor and support junior developers within the team.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of implemented solutions to provide feedback and identify improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience managing project-based activities.
• Proficiency in Java and core architectural patterns.
• Strong command of JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with at least one object-oriented language such as C++.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js or Django.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures.
• Ability to use analytical tools and performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
