Description

You will provide technical support for access control systems within automotive environments, supporting internal development fleets and customer vehicles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and root cause software and hardware issues using DTCs, DIDs, Grafana, CANoe, and CANalyzer.
• Troubleshoot and integrate software and hardware components.
• Collaborate with validation engineers and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Manage issue reports and track resolutions through to completion.
• Participate in an on-call rotation once per month on weekends.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with CAN bus and vehicle diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with CANoe and CANalyzer.
• Proficiency using DTCs, DIDs, and Grafana for diagnostics.
• Experience in software and hardware development support.
• Familiarity with BLE, NFC, LF, and UWB technologies.
• Background in automotive systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Electric Vehicle (EV) systems.
