Description

You will own onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and network issues via in-person, phone, or remote assistance within SLAs.
• Maintain computer equipment, printers, and peripherals through troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications on user devices.
• Assist with network device setup, including routers, switches, and access points, supporting global infrastructure projects.
• Manage user onboarding, PC deployment using standard images, and hardware/software inventory documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Experience managing the MS Office 365 suite.
• Familiarity with basic network concepts and protocols.
• Experience using ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of incident management and problem analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification.
