Description

You will reduce technical debt and implement Microsoft 365 components for the Collaboration & Mobility team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement O365 components to standardize, secure, and modernize the environment.
• Evaluate, recommend, and execute changes related to Microsoft change management.
• Develop and consolidate process documentation using technical writing skills.
• Resolve IT issues and work orders independently using established workflow processes.
• Reduce technical debt across the collaboration stack.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Office 365 Administration.
• 4+ years of working knowledge in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• 4+ years of experience in IT operations, responsibilities, and workflow processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for effective collaboration with users and IT teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• M365 expert certification with specialization in Teams, SPO/Skype, Exchange, or Security.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure and System Services environments.
• Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automation scripts.
