Description

Develop and maintain a Salesforce application for tracking contracts and budgets within the AES Office of Administration. You will own the full development lifecycle in an Agile Scrum team, delivering solutions from specification to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
• Execute the full software development lifecycle, adhering to coding standards, change control, and version management protocols.
• Support applications across multiple environments through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and on-call support to resolve defects and ensure system stability.
• Analyze system flows and data usage to document solutions and resolve operational problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and development.
• Deep proficiency with Apex, SOQL, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
• 8+ years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of system flow, data usage, and work process analysis.
• Proven experience working on enterprise-level Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX 78751, USA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce data integration.
• 2+ years of experience with integration technologies including REST, SOAP, Web Services, or ETL.
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, or Flosum.
