You will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI applications, leading moderately complex engineering initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable software solutions using architectural best practices.
• Translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready code.
• Review and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure system stability.
• Mentor junior engineers on AI and software development standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or foundation models.
• Strong proficiency in Python (2+ years).
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Operational knowledge of GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes (2+ years).
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and version control (Git).

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring technical teams in AI implementation.
• Background in translating high-level architecture into detailed implementation plans.
