You will lead moderately complex initiatives and serve as the technical escalation point for your team. You are responsible for designing, coding, testing, and documenting solutions that meet client needs or support new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale planning and strategy within your technical domain.
• Resolve moderately complex technical challenges through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Guide less experienced staff and provide direction on project execution.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Salesforce application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning, LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX, Git/GitHub, and VS Code extensions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security protocols, and performance tuning.
• 3+ years developing RESTful or SOAP web services, integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Solid background in Object-Oriented Programming and Database Technologies.
• Working knowledge of SCRUM/Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
