Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions while serving as a technical escalation point for the team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale planning and strategy within the Salesforce technical domain.
• Design, code, test, and document solutions that meet client needs or support new business opportunities.
• Resolve moderately complex technical challenges through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Guide less experienced staff and provide direction on project execution.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Salesforce application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning, LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX, Git/GitHub, and VS Code extensions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security protocols, and performance tuning.
• 3+ years developing RESTful or SOAP web services, integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Solid background in Object-Oriented Programming and Database Technologies.
• Working knowledge of SCRUM/Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
