Description

You will develop documentation, training materials, and flow charts for Microsoft Bookings and Virtual Appointments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for Microsoft Bookings and Virtual Appointments.
• Create flow charts and diagrams to describe logical operational steps of programs.
• Analyze system requirements to produce technical documentation.
• Plan and deliver specialized training sessions to users.
• Manage competing workloads and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience using Virtual Appointment software for schedule organization and appointment management.
• 8 years of experience evaluating, analyzing, and developing documentation and training material.
• 8 years of experience developing flow charts and diagrams for program logic.
• 8 years of experience planning and delivering specialized training.
• 8 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Must currently reside in the State of Texas.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of experience using Microsoft Bookings or other Virtual Appointment scheduling software.
• 5 years of experience using Microsoft Teams.
