Description

You will troubleshoot and resolve issues for in-house .NET applications, ensuring system stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve software bugs and application issues reported via ticketing systems.
• Write and execute SQL queries in SQL Server and Oracle to analyze application issues and create backend support queries.
• Build and run applications from source control repositories, documenting root cause findings for developers.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and project managers on proof-of-concept research and functionality improvements.
• Perform routing validations, application monitoring, and assist the System Operations Team with deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or software support.
• Proficiency with .NET technologies, including Web API and REST API.
• Experience using Kendo UI Telerik, JSON, XML, and HTML5.
• Ability to write and execute queries in SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience building and running applications from source control.
• Proven ability to write knowledge base articles for custom applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical documentation and communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
