Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning requirements.
• Analyze multi-faceted, long-term engineering challenges involving unprecedented or intangible factors.
• Resolve complex situations by applying deep understanding of functional requirements, policies, and compliance.
• Collaborate and consult strategically with client personnel to meet project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Spring AI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience in consulting or complex problem-solving environments.

Preferred Skills

• Background in long-term engineering architecture and strategic planning.
