Lead technical execution and backend development within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical specifications and iterative code.
• Develop and maintain application features using Python and Django.
• Implement testing methodologies to ensure code and data quality.
• Collaborate with team members to improve application performance and user experience.
• Take ownership of tasks and resolve technical challenges across team levels.

Required Skills

• 10-13 years of software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Python and Django.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically AWS Lambda.
• Proficiency in building backend systems and APIs within cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with source control management using GIT.
• Ability to implement automated testing strategies.
• Experience working in agile teams and contributing to technical strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD practices using Jenkins.
