Design and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ML solutions.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection using ML algorithms and Gen AI techniques.
• Develop and implement MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for training and serving ML and Large Language Models.
• Monitor model performance, identify issues, and implement necessary improvements.
• Document design decisions and technical specifications while adhering to code quality best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven experience deploying ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and creating technical specifications.
• Experience building and managing MLOps pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with external SMEs and vendors for knowledge transfer and project execution.
