You will build and maintain solutions for AI/ML and GenAI systems, owning the full development lifecycle from design to automated deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify architecture components and application interfaces while maintaining architectural integrity.
• Code solutions and unit tests to meet acceptance and compliance criteria.
• Mentor engineers and coach the team on CI/CD practices and tool automation.
• Execute story refinement, requirement definition, and work estimation across the delivery lifecycle.
• Automate manual release activities and design/maintain automated test suites including integration, regression, and performance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of OOP development experience in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML/GenAI Lifecycle Management and its Ecosystem.
• Experience building MLOps frameworks, Fine-Tuning techniques, and Inference Frameworks.
• Proficiency deploying models using vLLM or Triton Inference Server in production containers with automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of generative AI RAG processes: chunking, embedding, retrieval, reranking, and summarization.
• Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Angular/React, and building API-based applications using FastAPI services.
• Strong automation, scripting, and Python development skills.
