Description

Develop and integrate Warfighter Machine Interface (WMI) software for US Army manned ground combat vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Human Factors Engineers to build intuitive graphical user interfaces for closed hatch missions.
• Integrate WMI software with sensor subsystems, image processing, and fusion algorithms.
• Analyze vehicle architectures, including network topology, subsystem relationships, and video architecture.
• Provide onsite support at US Army facilities to load, configure, and maintain software in System Integration Labs and ground vehicles.
• Support military exercises and field demonstrations onsite.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of proven Qt C++ programming experience.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS environments.
• Experience with HW/SW integration across networks.
• Knowledge of JSON/XML, SOA/DDS, OOD/OOP, and networking.
• Technical skills in C++, Java, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience using Agile software development techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with simulation.
• Direct WMI developer experience.
