Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure applications on the Pega platform.
• Design and implement case management workflows and business rules.
• Create flows, data models, UI components, and process automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Support application deployment and production releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices and governance guidelines.

Experience Required:

• 5-10 years of experience in Pega Application Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega platform development.
• Experience in workflow automation and case management solutions.
• Expertise in Pega rule development and application configuration.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
• Pega CSSA certification is an added advantage.
