Description

You will design, develop, and configure applications on the Pega platform, focusing on case management and workflow automation. You will own the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Pega applications using Rule Development and Application Configuration best practices.
• Design and implement case management workflows, business rules, flows, data models, and UI components.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution to ensure solution stability.
• Support application deployment and production releases while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Pega Application Development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Pega platform development and PegaRULES.
• Proven experience in workflow automation and case management solutions.
• Proficiency in Pega rule development and application configuration.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA) certification.
